Highly trusted people. Well maintained clean properly. All the most, caretaker / manager Mr Hameed was highly cooperative, helpful, and always available for 'any' help. Special thanks to him. Overall it was a comfortable and economical stay at Kodaikanal.

Good space for a budget stay for a family with 5 to 6 members. Complete villa for yourself. Kitchen with basic facilities, hot water available, wifi available, inverter available. Good climate. The villa is situated away from the main city but in a peaceful area. Being family friendly is a blessing.
The things we didn't like:
*the food they recommended from a hotel which is not listed anywhere and believe is their own facility. Very bad food, precooked chappathis, very spicy food. Couldn't find a better option nearby.
*the road to this property is really bad, if you have a small ground clearance vehicle, might find some difficulty.
